INTERNET ABUSE - bullying via the internet is pathetic, unethical, underhanded, uncalled for, inherently cowardly and simply wrong! BUT things are finally changing! The question is are they changing fast enough?
The Law is catching up and being enforced (though arguably not enough, not efficiently and not consistently).
