Happiness...

HAPPINESS - how do YOU define it?

Happiness - is it something that we achieve when we are able to tick all the boxes on our 'special list' of  goals that we have highlighted to ourselves as being crucial to our own sense of satisfaction and 'completeness'?

OR is happiness  simply a mood that we are in for a collection of coincidental reasons (or at least that we believe that we are experiencing)?

Naturally, this depends largely on the way you think and on your perspective of life.

Perhaps it is an actual state of emotional well-being that we 'achieve' (whether consciously or sub-consciously)?

Most likely, its some sort of combination of all of the above....DO YOU AGREE?

Together with Love, it seems to one of the most complicated, sometimes elusive and definitely difficult to things describe in the human experience.

HOW DO YOU DEFINE HAPPINESS AND WOULD YOU SAY THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT STAGES/LEVEL OF HAPPINESS?
